Innova Castle is a deep tech lab. We investigate complex systems where the state that matters cannot be observed directly, and we develop technologies when the evidence justifies taking the research further.
What We Are
We are not a company that claims to solve everything. Our work starts with questions, not answers. We look at systems that are poorly understood, and at problems that do not have clean answers yet. Then we explore.
Sometimes that exploration leads to something worth building. Sometimes it leads to a better understanding of why something is hard. Both outcomes have value.
Complex systems whose state matters but cannot be read off directly, and where the usual methods leave that state unmeasured.
A finding, a method, a negative result, or an instrument that can be applied. All of them count as work.
When something proves useful, the route is decided case by case rather than fixed in advance.
Incorporated within the European legal framework, operating internationally from day one.
Our Philosophy
The systems we study are intricate. They resist simple explanations because they are genuinely complicated.
But we believe that underneath most complexity, there are patterns. Not obvious ones. Not the kind you find by throwing more data at the problem. The kind you find by asking better questions and looking from a different angle.
That is what drives us. Not the promise of a perfect answer, but the possibility of a better understanding.
To understand how complex systems actually work, and to turn the findings that justify it into technologies someone can use.
We do not promise to resolve every problem we take on, only to explore it honestly, and to build when the research earns it.
A future where the systems no one fully understands today become clearer, not through bigger datasets or more computing power, but through better questions and better methods.
A lab that produces one investigation after another, each finding its own way into use.
Who is behind this
Innova Castle was founded by two people, and every finding published here is theirs to defend.

Hilfran Marquez
Technical lead
Leads the technical architecture and turns the lab's hypotheses into instruments that can be tested.

Edgar Marquez Escalante
Head of research
Defines the research questions, the validation methods, and the limits of what each finding allows us to claim.
Explore the technology emerging from our work, or start a conversation about where it could be useful.
